Congratulations!
From the U.S. Bicycling Hall of Fame, congratulations to all those who completed this year's inaugural Legends Gran Fondo!   Finishing was a particularly impressive and satisfying accomplishment given the windy conditions that required an extraordinary effort at several points during the Fondo; the occasional tailwind wasn't bad either. We hope to see everyone back again next year!

We would especially like to thank the many volunteers who worked so hard under very challenging conditions to ensure that Fondo participants had an enjoyable day.   A special thanks to the Davis Police Department and the California Highway Patrol for their support keeping the riders safe out on the course.  Please also remember our sponsors who made this event possible and consider their commitment to our sport the next time you're in need of their products or services.  As always, thank you to the City of Davis for its ongoing support of the Hall of Fame.

Results
Given the challenging windy conditions, some 90 mile participants elected mid-ride to switch to the 63 mile course (you know who you are).  Also, a few 63 mile participants even switched to the 33 mile course, which did't officially exist, but will be added next year due to popular demand.   Please check out the results for your overall finishing time and note that we'll be making a few adjustments to positions as we move people to the Fondo distance that they actually completed.
